Indefinite transport strike in Rangpur division from tomorrow

Road transport workers in Rangpur have called an indefinite strike in eight districts under Rangpur division from tomorrow morning to protest the “killing” of a bus driver in Chattogram yesterday. The strike will start from 6:00am tomorrow, Akhter Hossain Badal, president of Rangpur divisional committee of Bangladesh Road Transport Workers Federation, told The Daily Star this evening.
